Welcome to Amanda Platt Pilates website. I offer Pilates Matwork classes held at local locations in and around Cambridge.

The classes are kept small to assure you of receiving my best attention and are at various levels to suit beginner, intermediate and advanced clients. They offer a mix of classical and evolved repertoire. No two classes are the same and all offer options to challenge you, small equipment is used to add variety and hand weights optional to tone and strengthen the upper and lower body.
